Rims that are 21mm in width work well with tires from 2.2″ to 2.4″,and 23mm+ work well with tires greater than 2.3″.There are some massive rims that get up to a 31mm inside width.Do you need them? Unless you can honestly say “I ride the Rampage,”you’re not in that league of rim.

QZD-1600 granite cutting machine has simple structure and easy to operate. It can be mounted as many as 24 pieces cutting blade with very high productivity.

A reinforced square housing box is hanged on the concrete foundation. Cuboid machine body is through the square housing box and having its four sides in full contact with the housing box. Large area contact between machine body and housing box ensures machine body making lifting/lowering movement in strict vertical direction and stable. The machine body is covered to protect from dust and water moisture.

On top of two concrete foundations are fixed screw and nut system to drive the bridge move. Bridge driving motor is installed in the middle back of the machine. It transfers force to two screw and nut systems by a long horizontal bar and two pairs of bevel gears. Bevel gears drive two screw and nut systems same time and same speed, this ensures bridge two ends move in same speed.

Dimensional stone block is cut directly on the ground instead of on a trolley. It not only increases stone block stability during cutting process, but also greatly reduces whole machine maintenance cost.
