QZD-1600 granite cutting machine has simple structure and easy to operate. It can be mounted as many as 24 pieces cutting blade with very high productivity.

A reinforced square housing box is hanged on the concrete foundation. Cuboid machine body is through the square housing box and having its four sides in full contact with the housing box. Large area contact between machine body and housing box ensures machine body making lifting/lowering movement in strict vertical direction and stable. The machine body is covered to protect from dust and water moisture.

Blade lifting/lowering is carried out by two hydraulic cylinders each one on the right and left side of the machine. The hydraulic force can lift blade quickly when a cutting is finished and lower blade quickly to start a new cutting.

High quality bearings are used inside the spindle box to ensure the spindle run smoothly and long work life. The spindle diameter is up to 100mm or even 120mm at customer option.

The block trolley is driven by electric motor to run on rails. It has two layers. The bottom layer is for block trolley right and left movement. The top layer is for block slicing when the machine blade has finished a cut. Top layer and bottom layer are connected by a screw and nut system. Winding the screw in the bottom layer, the top layer will move to realize block slicing. Automatic block slicing is optional.

Control cabinet is installed some meters away from the machine to ensure operator safety. Operator can operate the machine making automatic cutting by control cabinet and supervise machine working status via indicator lights on the control cabinet.
