Uses of Granite
Granite Stone is most popular material used for building. It has been used for both exterior and interior applications. It is very prestigious stone used in the various projects to give it an elegant look. Granite is used in kitchen as countertops, flooring tiles, sinks, wall panels, paving stone, and curbing to name a few.
Advantages of Owning Granite
. Granite is natural stone made up of the quartz, mica, feldspar etc. It does not contain chemical.
. It is harder as compared to other stones. Hence, making it more durable.
. Maintenance of granite is much easier. In case scratch appears on the stone it can be repaired.
. The granite lasts for longer period.
. Price of granite stone is much less than other stones.
. Granite is available in varied colors and patterns. This helps in producing different varieties of product.
. Granite is heat resistance and hence does not burn even if anything hot is placed on the same.
. The granite is easily available.
Xiamen Chiyi Stone Machine Co., Ltd. is committed to manufacturing a variety of machines and systems for natural stone processing industry. The product range covers bridge saws, granite block cutter, granite cutting machine, granite polishing machine, etc. These machines have been widely used in stone processing plants for sawing stone block, slab & tile polishing, edge cutting, profiling, calibrating, chamfering, etc.

Glass Recycling

Glass is one of the most important materials to recycle today.Because it is widely used in buildings, to every wind translucentmost ,glass is relatively pure in substance, so melting it down releases less harmful chemicals into the air we breathe. There is also a quick turn around in the process of recycling the used containers, melting them down, manufacturing new containers and stocking them back on store shelves with your favorite products in them.
One hold up to recycling is that glass can come in such a variety of colors. These colors all have different chemical makeups that make them look the way they do. Thus, the recycling center has to sort out clear and colored glass into various categories. The most common are colorless, flint (or green) and amber (or brownish) colored glass. But there are also cobalt blue glasses, which was popular in "Depression glassware" and turn of the 20th century medicinal bottles and is making a comeback in food, ornamental and cosmetic products containers. Other drawbacks to glass containers are that they take up a great deal of space in landfills because of their density and can actually be a fire hazard if discarded on the side of the road. The sunbeams can intensify and concentrate when bent through glass causing dry brush and grasses to ignite. Like other statistics involving materials that are recycled versus manufactured new each time, glass that is recycled can tremendously help to reduce toxic emissions. So the necessity of recycling glass is, pardon the pun, very clear.
Glass is actually a natural product formed by the compressing of sand mixed with lime, soda or ash. Glass can form on its own in nature, but a vast majority of it is of course man-made. When glass is crushed and made ready to recycle it is termed "cullet". The United States is the country that recycles glass into cullet the most because in many countries, glass containers are still refilled (which if you think about it is recycling as well). In fact, in Europe 80% to 90% of glass containers are refillable. It is actually cheaper to collect, sterilize and glass refill containers than it is to make them into cullet, melt and remold them. Even so, in the U.K., nearly 752,000 tons are recycled each year. Statistics out of Germany show in 2004 their recycled glass containers reached over 2 million tons. In the United States, more and more states are giving rebates for glass that is turned in for recycling or refilling. If you look on glass bottles the abbreviation of the states currently participating in rebate programs are listed on the labels or in the glass itself. As more glass is recycled, more advanced technologies for separating the different colors as they stream by are being fine tuned. Also, even though every state in the U.S. has different regulations and rules for glass recycling, as do communities within each state, websites such as RecycleAbility.com can keep you up to date on the latest glass recycling news.

Mixer Truck Parts

When we talked about the mixer trucks, do you know their parts?

The mixer truck mainly includes the parts as reducer, hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic motor, feeding port, unloading port, operating lever, axis of rotation, blades, radiator, chutes, ladder, drum rollers, ect.

The working principle of the mixer truck is taking off the power from the truck’s chassis by the power takeoff and driving the hydraulic oil pump in the mixer truck’s hydraulic system to transfer the hydraulic engine transformed from the mechanical engine to the hydraulic motor, and then the hydraulic motor can drive the reducer so that it can drive the mixing system to mix the concrete.

Blades are the key components in the mixing device. The destroyed or worn down blades will cause the concrete mixed unequally. When feeding the material and transporting, the mixer drum rotates in forward direction, and the concrete is moving towards inside of the blades. When unloading the material, the drum rotates in reversal direction, and the concrete is unloaded towards outside of the blades. If the design of the blades’ angles is unreasonable, it will cause the isolation of the mixing concrete.

Mixing drum is the container of the concrete. When the drum rotates, mixing concrete moves along the hand of spiral of the blades and is mixed during the lifting and stirring.

Mixing device is composed by mixing drum and its assisting supporting components.

The mixer truck parts and the structure are varies from the different mixing volumes, manufactures and the chassis. But the working principles are the same.

How To Clean The Drum Roller

Drum roller are tough to clean. The drum roller of your toner printer can be cleaned and you might want to do that in order to increase its life cycle. In most cases a drum cartridge will last while using around 3 to 4 cartridges. After that, it will wear out. However, you can increase the life cycle through cleaning and this is something that you have to consider because the drum unit is quite expensive when compared to the toner cartridge.
Before we get started, remember that toner powder is dangerous because it is toxic until the transfer to paper is done. Handle it with care. Try to clean the drum roller when you notice:
    Faded text
    Paper marks or smudges
    Paper jams often appear
    Images have blank spots
Powder or lumps appear on the drum
Once again, remember that when you try to clean the drum roller you can damage it in the event that you make mistakes. Do that at your own risk!
We recommend that you take a close look at the user guide that comes with your printer or look for the troubleshooting manual on the internet. This is helpful as you can see what the correct cleaning procedure is. Follow it and in the event that you do not find such information, follow the tips mentioned below.
It is recommended to use rubber gloves but washing or surgical gloves are also OK. Put a plastic sheet that is large on a surface that is flat. You can use a newspaper or a large sheet of regular paper. Open your printer and then remove your toner cartridge. Look at the drum to see if there is obvious damage noticed. In the event that you see such damage, replace the drum roller as there is no sense in cleaning it.
Put the drum roller on a newspaper or on the plastic sheet. Remove the toner spots that are large with the use of pliers or tweezers. Stay attentive to not scratch the drum's surface. Then, take a cotton swab and simply dip it in rubbing alcohol. Any visible soiling should be gently swiped with the cotton swab.
If you have a drum roller that is very dirty, take a lint-free cloth that is soft and drop some alcohol on it. Be careful to not add too much. Look for toner residue when the cartridge is out and also clean the interior of the printer if such areas are noticed.
When you are done, make sure that you let the alcohol dry and then reinstall the toner cartridge. Do a test run and in the unwanted event that you still have a problem, the only solution that remains is buying a brand new drum roller. In addition, if you notice that the drum needs to be replaced too often, you have to seriously consider buying a new printer.
No leaking allowed between the mixing material feeding port and the drum. The slack between the feeding port and the drum should be less than 5mm. If leaking occurs, repair it depending on the different mixer truck models. For example, for some models, just replace the wide rubber strap. And for some models, repair it by welding the thin steel plate with the size larger than a half circle.
